In exactly one box, thirteen nuclear devices were smuggled out of the Ukraine. Each device was the size of a large Thermos bottle. Their small size of nearly critical plutonium made them highly radioactive. The devices were packed in lead foil and graphite chips. The container with the devices was packed in a much larger crate to disguise the combined weight as a large stamping press. But despite this precaution, the container of Plutonium bombs was radioactive. Several people who were involved in the shipping became mildly sick, but none knew why.

The entire container was shipped to the machine shop of Reba Spires father, in Las Vegas. From there, Reba shipped the crate to Stan, George, Dick O'Leary, and to a young man named David Miller. Reba was sick for three months. David Miller was later blamed for the first explosions and was killed, poisoned, by Stan.

Stan was killed, poisoned, after the second five blasts.

But Andrei knew there had been thirteen devices, and no one had mentioned this. He was concerned. He did not know what happened to the other two devices.

He did know that George had been a friend along with Dick O'Leary. Both had expressed utter shame and a complete sense of guilt over the explosions. Both had independently assured Andrei that the culprits were now dead. Both had assured Andrei that the madman had finally been caught and the 'sabatoge' would never happen again.
