Metafire

Jill held her hand up to Ferguson and shook her head no. Then she said, "Dr. Miller, when we first talked I asked you about Metafire? Do you remember?"

"Uhh, aye dunno." Then his eyes glazed over.

"It's another seizure." The nurse said. "There, he's coming out again. Ask your question again, Jill."

"Dr. Miller, do you remember when I talked about Metafire before?"

Dr. Miller was becoming confused. He said, "Yes?"

Then the nurse asked, "Do you know who you are talking to?"

"You." he said.

"Dr. Miller, this is Jill. Do you remember my voice. I'm on the telephone."

"Huh?" was his response.

"Dr. Miller, your computer, do you remember your computer?"
