About a minute into the car ride, the guy in the back spoke up and told her to put her hands behind her. These were well dressed, intelligent looking, guys. The driver was athletic, had sandy hair cut short and a small moustach. They guy next to her was also athletic, maybe 30, dark complexion and a square jaw. They did not seem dangerous by their look. Handsome really. But there was no question about how much danger she was in. The guy next to her bound her hands with a nylon tie. Then he said, "We are going to walk to an airplane. Don't say anything; don't try to escape."

They pulled onto a private airfield, and she was led to a small executive jet. He guys told the driver of the car, "Take it back, and get a commercial flight. I'll see you tomorrow."

"OK," was the only response from the driver, and he drove off.

Erisa was made to sit down in a back seat alone. The guy buckled her seat belt, smiled slightly, and said, "Don't say anything. No talking." He almost looked friendly. Then he went to the cockpit and, a few minutes later, the engines started.

Jack woke up the next morning. He went into Erisa's bedroom, but she still wasn't there. At about nine, it dawned on him that she knew he was waiting for her. Wouldn't she at least have called him in the morning? Maybe she had another boyfriend? He decided not to think about it. He didn't know her habits. So, he just worked through the day. He painted the living room and patched some of the concrete around the house.
