"I already have, to Angela."

"And to us?"

"Who. Who do we trust to have the code that lets you re-program the bomb? If everybody has the code, then anybody can set off the bomb. Right now exactly three people have it, me, Angela, and Sporkin."

Kennedy now spoke up, "Then I suggest we treat this as others treat nuclear devices. Let us set up the release codes so that a team of three people must all agree in order to set off the bomb."

"No." It was Angela. "No. Only I have the code that will keep the bomb from exploding. I re-programmed the bomb. I intend to keep control over it. Now you will see that it is not me. You will see because I am the only one with control!"

"Not if you are using the control code I gave you yesterday, Angela!" George said.

"What do you mean? I successfully re-programmed the bomb."

"You did not." He smiled and looked at Sporkin, "We have given you virtual-access to the controller. In fact, I retain access as well. So does Sporkin. There is nothing you could have done that would overcome that. Only Sporkin and I can transmit a code to blow up the bomb, and only Sporkin and I can transmit a code to keep it from blowing itself up."
