George waited, but Erisa was just looking at them. Then he said, "Erisa, tell them what happened to Steven."

"Well, to tell the truth, Steven was in the middle of taking over the ship up here, and we got hit by meteorites. Nobody up here can believe it. But he's dead."

"Are you all right?" Jill saw that Erisa was looking pretty disoriented.

"Yes. I can't say I'm very happy up here, but I'm all right. Randy is all right too. George here got one through his shoulder. And one of the Ukrainians, Marie, got one through her arm. We don't really know how many hit the capsule, but it was probably a dozen or two. Everything is fine now. Is Jack all right? They know about Randy."

"Yes, Erisa, Jack is all right." He realized Jack was probably watching. "We'll have you out of there shortly. Right George?"

"Right." George was not happy about all this talking. "Anything else John?"

"Yes, what do you propose to do with Steven's body? We have to know."
