"Yea, sure. Maybe somebody at the office knows something. I sure don't."

"Thanks." Ferguson responded.

"Good bye, then." John Adamson hung up.

Ferguson looked over at Jack, "Is there anything else I should know Jack?"

"No, I really can't think of anything."

"Well, tomorrow I'll have to have you in. I can pick you up in the morning. Expect to lose the day being grilled in detail by one of our professionals. I'm sure you didn't do anything wrong, Jack. At least, not intentionally. Tell the whole truth to the guy. You have to give us a chance to see if we can get a lead out of the details you provide."

"Sure. You'll let me know the second you have any information on Erisa?" Jack remembered his promise to her to not to lose her to another tragic mistake. But here he was again. He was patient and calm.

"No, I won't be able to tell you, Jack. I won't know. But we'll have an agent in charge. I'll make sure that he knows that I want you kept informed at all times."
