"Get Erisa to a safe location with you, but near me. I'm going for George Davis. When I get near him, I'll wait until you and Erisa are behind me and away from anybody else. Then, I'll take George."

"Now?"

"No. They are all pretty alert right now. Tomorrow or the next day. But sometime. Can you keep alert?"

"Yes." Then Randy saw Platon and Marie gliding toward them. He broke off and drifted toward one of the toilet units. After Steven had heard Randy's response to Janet, he was confident that Randy could be trusted. But he worried about Erisa. Erisa seemed to have a close relationship with a number of the people around there. Steven didn't get a chance to warn Randy not to inform Erisa. He needn't have worried. Randy had already recognized that he should get Erisa into a safe position without telling her what was going on.

The next morning, George Davis and Angela opened the communications with John Ferguson. "John, we've now waited patiently for a day. We won't wait longer. Do you agree with our terms?"
