"We write software that can automatically search the Internet."

"And you sell that software?"

"Yes."

"Exactly what does it do?"

"It creates complete mirrors of locations that, for one reason or another, get deleted or removed."

"What do you mean?"

"Well, suppose you are a software vendor. Suppose you write financial accounting software. Our software will let you set up a monitor that keeps track of competitors out there on the net. If they remove anything substantial, you get a mirror of what they removed. Our software can track down cached, proxied, other types of temporarily stored data, and other mirrors that are not yet removed, and then it can reconstruct a complete copy of the original."
